1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS By accessing and using ReachLabs' services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Services.

2. SERVICE DESCRIPTION ReachLabs provides digital marketing services including but not limited to: Digital advertising management Strategic consulting Sales funnel development Website optimization Performance reporting and analytics Lead generation services

3. CLIENT ACCOUNTS You must provide accurate, current, and complete information You are responsible for maintaining account security You must notify us of any unauthorized account use We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts

4. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES Provide necessary access to advertising accounts Supply required content and assets timely Maintain active payment methods Respond to communications within agreed timeframes Provide accurate business information

5. PAYMENT AND BILLING Fees are as specified in your service agreement Payments are due upon invoice receipt Late payments may result in service suspension No refunds on services rendered We reserve the right to change pricing with notice

6. PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE Guarantee terms as specified in individual service agreements Eligibility requirements must be met Claims must be submitted within specified timeframes Resolution process follows service agreement terms

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY You retain rights to your content We retain rights to our methodologies and systems You grant us license to use your content for service delivery Neither party may use the other's IP without permission

8. CONFIDENTIALITY Both parties agree to: Maintain confidentiality of business information Use reasonable security measures Limit information sharing to necessary parties Return or destroy confidential information upon request

9. TERMINATION Either party may terminate with 30-day written notice Immediate termination for breach of terms You remain liable for payments due Certain obligations survive termination

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY Our liability limited to fees paid No liability for indirect damages Force majeure applies No warranty for external factors
